Aside from disk brakes for the AWD, the rear axle got wider spring
spacing/track width and staggered shock mounting.

Frames were a bit different in front to allow a common frame for 2WD/4WD,
had a new tubular x-member at the 'main' pivot point(forward rear spring
hanger) and the engines were set back.
