The idea is to mix the additive thoroughly. Use the fish tank idea as an
example, not a specification.  There's no need to get fancy. You can aerate
the fuel in the tank by running a small gas line into the tank and pumping
low pressure air into it. If you have any way to get low pressure air and
some sort of diffuser, like a SCREEN of some sort, into the tank, you will
be fine.
