The 4360 was a fairly late aftermarket carb. Probably first developed for
marine use due to the Coust Guard rule about no joints that might leak
below the level of the fuel in the float bowls.

It was a rather handy spread bore (TQ) replacement---in fact, Willy used
one on the 392 he built and installed in Tonto a number of years back--

The thing simply never caught on, I do remember that Summit had a close out
on them about four or five years ago after they went out of production.
