Guys,

BTW a Hummer H2 is just a re-skinned Tahoe. If you
don't believe me just look under it. Probably even
has a Chebby 10 bolt axle.

Yep! They are very popular around here. I've seen at least five or six
that live locally. Can't understand how people plunk down almost $50m for
that thing. Especially since most of the folks with one in their driveway
aren't exactly living in the expensive neighborhoods. This "bling" thing
has just exceeded all sense of reality around here. People are living in a
dream world because credit has been relatively cheap.

On an offroad show on one of my satellite channels, they reviewed the H2.
And boy, they didn't mince any words in criticizing it for lacking in
offroad capabilities and interior room. It was from that show that I
learned that it was the re-skinned Tahoe. And, even though it costs more,
you can get better luxury on the Tahoe and somewhat better interior volume.
They said if you don't want serious off-road capability but want a luxury
SUV, stick with the Tahoe and stay away from the H2 for those reasons.
