Hmmmmm maybe my cap is defective.  

But my leak occurs only when I'm pumping gas.  Never
seen it leak otherwise.  I found the broken hose
connection when laying on the ground wondering where
the gas was coming from.  It's on the bottom, one of
several hoses, and is approx 3/32 diameter.
