This may be a good data point as well. 1210 2WD Travelall, 8200#GVW, factory
installed 1310 spec springs(that I can't *imagine* have sacked any
significant amount, they're bloody stiff!). Every bit of 74" tall at the top
of the roof over the rear axle(highest point on the truck). This with true
31.5" tall 238/85-16 tires. Add 3 or 4"(I've seen both) for the factory lift
blocks on a 4WD, and I'd say there's every chance that it sits a full 78"
tall.

No, I did not include the height of my ever-so-stylish cargo basket ;)
