It's not just you, Earl.

The server itself seems to be OK.

Once again it seems to be some sort of problem with a switch or router --
part of the provisioning to Jeff Bade's data center.

We've been working on it since about 6PM EDT yesterday -- watching it get
steadily worse & worse.

We're aware of it and working on it.

I can't get into the Binder Bulletin.  Any others having trouble, or is the
