$50-$60 IIRC.  The Clutch was $40-$50 and the fan $10-$20 when I bought 
mine.

This is for the 4-bolt setup.

Your other option is to just buy a fan (3618) and a spacer (3962) and 
some long bolts and go to a fixed fan setup.

Certainly cheaper..
