NAPA has them available.  You will need to visit the store, and talk with
one of the guys that 'knows stuff' and tell him you need a neutral switch
to fit something like a 1980 Dodge pickup with automatic.  Scout Parts
has the pigtails too.  Most of the time the pigtails are damaged or cut. 
I should know, I was the one that had them bring in some last year for
stock.  If they do not know about it, tell them Colin knows about it.
