Ryan-

I actually know about the draw because whenever I reattach the cables to the
terminal I can hear a perceptible "ZZPT!"

That is the sophisticated piece of technology I used to KNOW I had an issue!

I do have a little voltmeter-although not a necessarily good one-that reads
good and has been true to me so far, so I am guessing that the rest of the
readings are good too!
