Terry, I bought one last week at the local Mopar dealership.
PN#2464324-AC Gasket OI 21004003    Price was $11.95
For me at that price it was a no brainer. I'll save that much 
in not replacing lost fluid. These thing are selling on ebay
for $15 plus $5 shipping, scam! Go local. Good Luck!

My $.02 is that if it's at all possible for you to get to a Chrysler or Jeep
dealer today, it is *well* worth your while to get the 'real deal' Mopar pan
gasket. Their plastic over steel core service replacement gasket is slick,
requires no sealant, and is reusable.
