I was told today that scrap steel is going for about $1,200 a ton right now.
Seems there is a shortage of steel on the market that has run up the price.

So 75 pounds might be worth $45.00.  The $1,200 is probably a bulk price so
you may need a few hundred anvils to make one worth that much.

With steel prices like this my Scout may be worth something.  I wonder what
rust is going for?

old anvil worth?  I have stumbled across an OLD 75 lb'er I think I can get
pretty cheap, but don't need it, so am thinking I might pick it up and ebay
