I will check later but I recall having measured the track of my B140
at ~78 inches.  It has 20" Budds with 9.00-20 NDT and the tires just
barely are covered by the fenders.  If the track were any wider with
this cab, the tires would stick out.

As you know, mine doesn't run duals so I can't help with that.

BTW, I found out the hub extensions are factory, as suspected.  A
fellow has a parts book with them listed.

I also found similar hub extensions on an old Dodge.  The differences
being these were used on the front to allow the use of Budd's(the drum
is flat on the mounting surface), the extension is only about ~3
inches, and the lug pattern is the same from the inside to the
outside.
