the numbers are for a '79 Scout 2 with front disk brakes,  '74 are the same p/n too.

The only other fluid that can get to the booster is engine oil, and there would need to be crankcase pressure, not 
vacuum like it's supposed to be. Do you have massive blow by, is the air filter getting soaked with engine oil?

Maybe you are a victim of crummy parts, your M/C being bad and all.

A guy here in Mesa with the Scout club had 2 or 3 bad M/C in a row; he thought it was something else, tore the entire 
brake system apart more than once...
