I think I am going to stay away from any type that is 2 part held together with wing nuts. I had one of those a couple 
years ago for about a week until I returned it to Sears after it broke. I had to use a wrench to tighten the wingnuts, 
and when those broke I used hex nuts, and when the tool hinge failed I used a Big C Clamp.

So the Snap on 2 part is out...as far as i can tell the Rol-Aire Imperial from Spruce aircraft is 37 degree only...

The mastercool looks real nice; I saw the 71300 for about $210 - it is 45 degree only, don't know if it does stainless 
or not

The Lock Technology LT 3000A $206 looks heavy duty, but I think is only 45 degree, not sure about stainless:

Here is good, cheap one, similar to the wing nut type but the sides are held tight by a built in side clamp;

so far this is the only one that will do stainless $112:
according to the catalog page the rigid 458R will do stainless in a 45 degree
