[ihc] Ratcheting box wrenches

Yay, verily, even necessary. Consider the rearmost bolts fixing a SII bucket
seat base to the floor(pulled 'em last night). Offset required, no good way
to get a socket in there. After I broke them loose(6pt box wrench, 3# dead
blow ;) ), I spun them out with the offset box ratchet. Hint - soak
liberally in PB for a couple days.

Having the button allows the wrench to be offset which is often
handy.
