that picture is straight out of the "International Truck Color History" book
by Tom Brownell and Patrick W. Ertel, ISBN 0-7603-0361-4, Copyright 1997.
this picture is shown on page 111, and is attributed to John Glancy. i
would suspect that means Mr. Glancy has the original in his possession, and
could give details on the vehicle in question, the picture, and just about
anything else anybody might like to know.

the caption under this picture in the IH color history says "A switch to
square headlights and grid-pattern meshwork in the grille openings mark
Scouts from 1980, the final production year. Because of International's
need to use up its Nissan diesel inventory, nearly all 1980 Scouts are
diesel-powered. John Glancy".

the usual disclaimers apply.

Take care and be well, all thee and thine;

May the Hamr lend thee Strength and Courage,
May the Twin Ravens lend thee Wisdom and Guidance,
May the Wolves Guard and Protect thee, and
May the Light of Harmony ever shine brightly upon thee and thine,
Through all thy Life's Journeys, from this life unto the next!

Hail the Gods and Goddesses of our Folk!
Wassail!
