RE: [ihc] notification



Thanks to some clever investigative work by fellow lister John M. Adams,
I have discovered that my work's email filter software was the source of
these annoying messages. I talked to my overzealous IT guy and
discovered that he was filtering any message with the string "adv" in
the subject line. His intent was to stop advertising, but it was also
filtering emails from the list with words like "advice" in the subject
line. It should be fixed now.
I'm sorry for any confusion and inconvenience this has caused.
