[ihc] D-70 spline count

If its that earlie is most likley the 23 spline as my reasearch show that
the 1.5" 35 spline came out in 73-74 Dana 70s. Dont count this as biblical
but another source of tech on this would be the Tech section of the
Pirate4x4 website as Billivista has quite the collection of tech availble
on the web to thoes who want to know.

PS Joel i would say new outers means new bearings and all if ya asked me.
