Thanks for the tip. I looked at the pic of the Eastwood MIG cart. 
It looks identical to the more expensive of the two HF MIG carts,
right down to the hose/wire holders, frame and wheels.
The sizes are close, with the HF cart being a smidge taller/wider.
The HF cart (not the same one you bought) works out better.
