the current generation of phishing email is quite impressive; they're getting
very slick. basically, don't trust anything you get from a bank, credit
card company, ebay or paypal via email.

a minor nit: you mean SMTP ("Simple Mail Transport Protocol"), not SNMP
("Simple Network Monitoring Protocol".)
