[ihc] Scout in primetime

On "Law and Order, Special Victims Unit", last night, there was a Scout used
by Stabler and Benson to access a cabin out on the beach. It was rigged for
a plow. 

It got a pretty good piece of air time and also got some pretty prominent
screen space. I would suspect somebody in the production staff likes Scouts.

It was a rerun, so some of you may have seen it the first time.
