probably.  i've never overloaded any of my IH vehicles except our '68 800
Scout, and that had soft springs to begin with.  i think you're on pretty
safe ground with what you have.  +)

have you considered adding power steering?  that would at least alleviate
all the upper body wear and tear, wouldn't it?
