Doc,
   Scout 80 800's didn't have power brakes and the way the pedals are
setup you can't put a power booster in easily. Odds are there isn't one. 
   Since there are discs on the front and no booster it probable makes
for a heavy pulsing pedal. I'm sure there must besomething from the Hot
Rodders that you can do with discs and no power brakes.
