Dennis,

Thanks for the link. The price is already way too high.  The ad 
mentions LMR  which is the wire maker turned barrel maker.  IH 
Garands are considered as more or less last choices except by us IH 
fanatics. And, they deserve to be considered last choices by folks 
wanting a really well made Garand.
