There is a pumpkin that is a two speed that fits an RA-25/30 ..
Eaton 15201? Inquiring minds with obscure parts inventories want to know ;)

FWIW, the RA-15 and RA-20's are the same carrier(3rd member, whatever), housing and axles with up-rated wheel bearings and hubs to account for the higher weight rating of the RA-20. This according to IH publication CTS-402, which is available for viewing on Allan W's web site.
