[ihc] how do I test a Pertronix Ignitor

Truck ran.  I shut it off and now wont start.  I have spark at the coil wire
but no spark at the plugs.
I suspectedthe ignitor so pulled it out and put the points back in.  Now the
truck runs.  That pretty much tellsme it is a bad ignitor but is there a wat
to test itfor future reference.
