Looking for a couple parts...should be easy

Hello all! I am looking for a few things for the 72 crewcab I am building. In addition to the few pieces of chrome from the deluxe chrome package I still need, I am now adding the following:

the housings for the tail lights. I just need housings for rechroming that are not rusted out. 

one teardrop style west coast mirror. This has a teardrop shape when viewed from the end. I think the one I have on hand has an IH logo on it.

And lastly , I need one round amber fog lamp bulb. Would prefer NOS on this. This bulb is actually still made but the new ones are a different shade of amber...darker. I want one to match the one new bulb I have. Otherwise I might as well replace them both with the darker ones.
