Um....

It doesn't matter what way you do it, all that does is reposition where the
tie rod itself is centered at.  Since the draglink connects to a knuckle
itself any adjustment you do *only* does the "total toe" you can't do each
side independently on a stock scout steering setup.  All it does is relocate
where the tie-rod is on the threads on each side.  Only ones you can do each
side on it's own is where the drag link goes into a joint on the tierod.
