Re: Overdrive tranny for sale

Ok. You're right.
I should have said that the bellhousing is part of the transmission. A
single casting. The bellhousing bolts directly to the rear of the engine
block. I don't know if the block was changed for the tranny or the tranny
changed to match the block. But there's nothing there that looks like any
kind of separate adaptor.
