My '58 IHC with a BD264 probably has the same setup as yours.  Is the air
cleaner kind of offset?  That is, the oil bath section to the front of the
carb with an L shaped log to it?  If so, then the air cleaner is held to the
top of the carb with a kind of V marmon type clamp that has a long wing-bolt
type of fastener.  The bottom of the oil bath section has a stud protruding
that fits into a flat iron bracket to hold it secure.

As to where you'd find a clamp like that, check at a truck exhaust place.
see if your air cleaner and carp have what appears to be a mating surface
kind of like a V and measure it's diameter.  See if they can get you marmon
type clamps of that size.  That's about as close as you're going to come to
finding something off the shelf, I think.  You might check with Rocky Lear
and see if he has something in the yard.  He's helped me out in the past.
