IHC red paint?

Ok digesters (oohh, that sounds funny, although I
assume that all of you have eaten in the last day or
so, except maybe Tom Mandera...it sounds like he is
always outside, fabricating things 8^)
  Two questions for you...
 1) I think someone mentioned a week or so ago finding
"IHC Red" spray paint at a store...which store? I am
going to pull the valve covers and the pushrod cover
to fix this #$%@#$ oil leak, again, and figured I'd
make it pretty at the same time.

 2) My brake booster seems to have developed a leak, I
called NAPA and O'Reilleys and found rebuilt units for
$139.00 plus core. Anybody know of a cheaper source?

Oooppps...make that 3 questions

 3) I also want to replace the rubber grommet for the
PCV valve that is in the pushrod cover, are they
available somewhere?
