Does anybody know what differences exist between 2WD and 4WD steering
boxes on (early) Scout 800s?  I know the V8-powered 800s had the box
mounted *outside* the frame and the 4cyl 800s have it inside the frame
(and that, apparently, a LHD inside the frame box will mount to a RHD
outside the frame mount).  Of course I speak of manual steering -- if an
800 could ever have power steering, I don't know that either.

Any 800 steering gurus out there?
