Body Work Advise needed !!!

IH Y'all,
  I finally scrapped all the floor mat out of the Scout and have found even
more rust then I thought there would be. Heres my problem I need to replace
the driver and passenger side rockers inside and out, both body mounts (at
the front of the doors), and both side floors. Which one of these should I
start with? Or should I take it all out at once. I'm not affraid to do the
job I just would like it to go as smooth as possible.
