CSSP (Chronic Scout Starting Problems)

I know that this has been posted at least a gazillion times, just
one more time so I can write it down:

   Could someone advise of the wiring set up to wire a Ford solinoid
into the ignition of my '70 Scout II?

  Thank you very much,  I am really getting tired of jumping it everywhere I 
go!!
