Sure.  Make a custom drag-link.  What about the tapered hole in the 
pitman arm though?

I'm going to keep the TriCounty *arm* for this project (with "Big Jeep" 
tie-rod end for the drag link, and the tapered holes for the knuckle 
mount) and just machine my own knuckle (drill the corresponding holes for 
the studs into the knuckle)
