Questions about a 304 engine

Hi there everyone,
	I live in Colorado and have a '73 Scout II with a 304.  I just bought 
a Travelall and am now in the position to have the engine rebuilt in the 
Scout.  (The compression rings are going)  Does anyone know where I can get 
it rebuilt at a fair price??  I would really appreciate any help. We are 
willing to do some of the work ourselves.  Thanks for everything!!!
