I spied a 60s-70s IH garbage truck for sale on the way to Tulare.  Seems like 
this would be a good starting point for a car hauler, with extensive 
hydraulics in place.  Couldn't tell anyone exactly where, just drive the 
length of hwy99 south, and watch the right hand side.
