   Boy, for a guy who a couple of months ago just wanted to fix up a
scout for your son to play with.... look at you now!  
  The '57 models started the big curvy windshields with the A model. The
B was introduced in 60. I got tired of paging through my Crismon though.
I would guess that the D came along in 68-69.
