Re: gear ratio and powerlok



Well Howard, thanks for the info. It does in fact indicate 14028 on the 
lineset, so I'm guessing its a power-lok? Its out of a 1969 or '70... I hope 
its not a crak-lok.

As for the gear ratio, the number 4.27 is crossed out on the lineset and 3.73 
is written next to it by hand. So, I'll do the counting trick by turning the 
input yoke. But, should I have to swap in some 4.27's (I'm running a 152 w/ 
32's, so 4.27 is a necesity), do 3.73's and 4.27's use the same carrier?
