castor correctors

Hey Epp areb thoes castor correctors the same as the parts stor sells under
the balljoint section or something you yourself fabricated? Just curious as
I am preparing to do a reverse shackle in the front of my travler and need
to know

2nd Q.
So does anyone know (i assume yes) if its possible to do a shackle reversal
without getting a new driveline by making the pad come back to the original
position rather than straight down off the front of the frame??
