If you hooked a pump inlet to the "flow" side of the trans cooler lines,
you could probably pump the fluid out of the torque convertor. Or, maybe
just apply compressed air to one line (tranny and torque converter
installed and shut of course) the fluid would be forced out of the other.

But, don't IH torque converters have a drain bolt on them that is accesible
through the "inspection cover"?
