I have seen 345 over length pushrods(0.60) longer than stock might be
available for 304 also.  The last batch of Comp Cams lifters I got I thought
were inferior.  There were little divets on the sides of a couple lifters.
I'm also thinking the lifter noise is a result of a problem; something in
the lifter feed oil galleys, oil pump problem, or something else that is
bizarre.
