Hello Heather,

Do you have side mirrors on both sides?  AFAIK, there isn't a legal
reason to have a rearview mirror if you have side mirrors, so no need to
worry about cops.  Find yourself a current copy of the CA Motor vehicle
laws and educate yourself.
