2by to 4by
That's apretty strait foreward swap. I haven't attempted it myself, but I talked to Tom Lang, and he said his 2wd RHD just has a dummy solid front axle bolted to the springs instead of a live one. All you need is a parts (smashed or rotted) 4wd scout, drop the fornt axle in and swap out your tranny/transfer for the 4 by setup. The bull gear and the tranny/transfer mounting is biggest question. You will obviously need different drive shafts. But I think brakes and all controls will fit right up.
Now, if your going from 2by pickup into a Scout II, right me back........................
Good luck,
