I recently had my IC 392 rebuilt, and had the head milled .080 - 
this should put the compression right about where you're aiming.
I made some shims from 16 ga. (.055) sheetmetal to raise the 
rockers to compensate. I wasn't able to drive the Travelall much
before the engine needed the rebuild (and I made some other 
changes during the rebuild, like the cam), so I can't really make
a fair before/after comparison - all I can say is that I'm very
satisfied with the performance now.
