Tranny advice?

Hi all,

I currently have a 4-196 with the stock T-90 3-speed
in a Scout 800 and I'm looking to find a four-speed.
Any suggestions on which one I should look for (close
or wide ratio)?  I'll be keeping the 196 and the
truck is a daily driver, so what do you folks think
is the best all around 4-speed for those conditions?
The largest tires it'll ever have are 31's and the
T-case is the Dana 20 (2.03 low).  Opinions?
