Double posts and such

Folks, I apologize for the double and quadruple posts that are coming
from me. My messages to the the digest seem to be hit or miss and if I
didn't think they were important (at least to me) then I wouldn't be so
persistent. I feel like I'm doing everything right -  down to sending in
plain text only.
