They mount just like GM wheels, one center nut.  I have a steering wheel in
my Scout from a late model Pontiac Grad Prix.  The only problem is the
steering wheel was designed to match up with a rectangular column.  Maybe I
should have purchased the whole column to make everything look nice. Oh, and
then there's the issue with the words "Pontiac" embossed into the wheel....
