The TruTrac would be a good compromise diff, and it includes a new
carrier.  So does the Detroit SoftLocker/NoSpin and the ARB.

EZ and Lockrights are drop in.  

I saw someone's review of the gearless locker.. but I don't recall all
of the details.  I *think* what I heard is you do NOT want to put it in
the front.. I think it was a "heavier" unlock mechanism to make things
smoother (so you don't get that shimmy on the 1st-2nd shift n' such)..
but I could be wrong.
